7402 feet is the highest point in Jamaica where some of the best coffee in the world is grown. Jamaica’s Blue Mountain coffee is renowned for its flavor and amazing aroma. The beans are bright and big bursting with intense coffee flavor. We met up with Otis a coffee farmer who shows us how coffee is traditionally picked by hand then roasted on an open wood fire that is made of coffee wood and pimento. The process Otis uses to roast his coffee puts added flavor into the beans. I recently posted Otis as one of the most passionate persons I’ve ever met. His love and enthusiasm for coffee is what makes his product so amazing. It was one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had!
